I’ve been going to Palmetto since they opened in February 2020! I cannot say enough about what a great place to go, see really outstanding people, have a cocktail, and enjoy each other’s company. The management team and the staff are stellar and second to none. The cocktails are innovative and delicious. Every time I go, I know that I will always have great conversations with all the amazing people that work there, and with a person I happen to meet that evening. I look forward to visiting New York/Brooklyn again real soon and I will always find time to stop by Palmetto for a fabulous cocktail, great people to meet, and talk with. Enjoy the pictures taken throughout the years at Palmetto.

Super super cute, dimly lit, romantic bar. Perfect for a date night! Cocktails were lovely and the wine list looks really good. Also they do have a few non-alcoholic options and mocktails. Food wise, it’s mostly olives, almonds and cheese and crackers. I can’t wait to come back.

The cocktails are sharp. The natural wine knows what it’s doing. Dry plants, good shadows. The music’s loud enough to cover for you if you’re nervous. Which helps. The bar’s all elbows and leaning in. But the booths—that’s where it happens. Curved little velvet coves. You sit too close and knock knees if you want to. And you do. Once, in one of these booths, someone handed me a Shohei Ohtani baseball card from Japan. Just passed it across the table like it was nothing. But it wasn’t. It felt like the start of a weird, great story. Maybe it was.

Lovely big open neighborhood bar with excellent cocktails and natural wine. Almost feels like you're in Miami but no you're definitely in Bushwick. You can find an intimate nook for two or go with a crew of friends and it'll be equally enjoyable, all depending on your needs that night. Liz and Blake took very good care of us for a party of about 30 people in the back section and provided beautiful platters of charcuterie to go with the endless supply of crisp, cold wine, negronis and martinis.

I've always had a lovely time at this bar but tonight made me want to leave a review. I tucked myself into a corner table to knit and have a glass of wine after a long week and had three different servers who were all very attentive and friendly. I didn't get the first one's name, but Fiona and Molly both took the time to introduce themselves and chat with me for a sec despite it being especially busy and they both made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. My wine was perfect (they let me try a couple before choosing) and Molly gave me a small glass of something that I'm guessing was a licorice wine or liqueur as a gift just before leaving. The whole experience was exactly what I needed.

If you're looking for an intimate, well-run bar with great cocktails and an atmosphere that whisks you away to a tropical land, then look no further than Palmetto in the heart of Bushwick. It's always an unassuming atmosphere where you can enjoy a great lager, some funky natural wine, or a mixologist's delightful concoction. The music selection always seems to capture the mood of the evening and is very thoughtfully planned out. And the staff is consistently some of the nicest people I've had serve me drinks in NYC. A true Brooklyn gem!
